Wanna pass a $200 bill? Go to Food Lion!
According to (who else) The Smoking Gun, a man purchased $150 worth of groceries in a North Carolina Food Lion with a $200 "Moral Reserve Note" bearing George W. Bush's likeness and the serial number DUBYA4U2001. I particularly like the little sign on the White House lawn that says "We Love Broccoli." It's hard to find good help these days, you know?
