Ferret Tricks You know, I thought I was so clever when I taught my crazed ferret Pooka to climb up my pant leg at treat time. She climbs right up, and waits to get a treat. Well, when the weather started to warm up here in the Northeast, I discovered a flaw in this plan. While wearing shorts this little trick is quite painful. We are now working on the difference between "up" and "wait." No progress yet. I'm pretty sure all she hears is "Blah blah blah Pooka, blah blah treat."
