Comcast to TechTV: "You're Fired!"
According to Wired, Comcast has announced layoffs for all 285 employees of TechTV. Comcast acquired TechTV in March, and is planning on "merging" it with G4, the 24 hour video game network owned by Comcast. G4's programming is bland and uninteresting, compared to TechTV's Leo Laporte et al. There will be more announcements next week regarding which shows will be saved after the merger. Sad.

Did anyone else find the Friends finale to be incredibly boring? (I also find it odd that you can already buy it on DVD from Amazon.com.) ¶ 2:59 PM
