  Ronald Wilson Reagan 1911-2004
Ronald Reagan passed away today, at the age of 93. I realize that opinions of his presidency differ greatly, but I, for one, long for the days when the Oval Office was occupied by a man with the grace and character appropriate to the office.

Indy 4 Script Being Rewritten, Again
According to Film Force, the script for the long-awaited and long-overdue Indiana Jones sequel is being rewritten. The good news is that there is a rumor that Stuart Beattie, who wrote Pirates of the Caribbean, may be doing the rewrite. The bad news, and the scariest line in the article, is "George Lucas himself might very well be editing the Indiana Jones IV script himself." Eek.

  Mouse Autopsy
In today's bizarre news item, an autopsy of the mouse allegedly found in a bowl of Cracker Barrel vegetable soup has shown that the mouse "died from a fractured skull before it entered the soup" The mouse had no soup in its lungs, which proved that it had been placed in the soup after it had been killed. The mother and son team responsible for the hoax, who were asking Cracker Barrel for a half million dollars for their troubles, have been charged with extortion and conspiracy. I just love a happy ending.
