Revenge of the Sith: Titanic in Space
George Lucas has described Revenge of the Sith as
Titanic in Space. WTF, George? You're killing me!!!
Coffee Tycoon
As if I didn't have enough ways to waste my time, now there is
Coffee Tycoon. It is a typical tycoon simulation game, but somehow opening my own virual coffee chain, in Seattle, the mecca of all who worship the coffee bean, was strangely addictive, much like the beverage itself.
You can play an online demo of the game at

Revenge of the Sith Trailer

Please, George, don't let this suck.
(In the meanwhile, I'm going to enjoy
the Clone Wars DVD.)

Bad week for chickens, dolphins and dogs
So, first there was the link on
Boing Boing to an
industrial chicken catcher. As god as my witness, I have no idea how I
thought they caught chickens, but I never in million years imagined this godawful device. So, basically, the free range chickens that I felt so much better about eating have it pretty good until they get sucked up by this thing and shot into crates. Ugh.
Then, there was the
mass beaching of dolphins which may have been caused by U. S. Navy sonar from a nearby submarine exercise.
Now it appears that dogs in Dunbarton, Scotland are
apparently commiting suicide. Nice
