Towel Day :: A tribute to Douglas Adams (1952-2001) Tomorrow, May 25th, is Towel Day. This tribute to Douglas Adams encourages everyone to carry a towel with them at all times during the day. If you don't get the joke, then you probably aren't familiar with The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and probably shouldn't even be reading my blog. I probably cant' get away with this at my place of employment, unless it was a really small towel that could fit in my pocket, but if you can, I urge you to do it. (By the way, is there a reason the word "blog" isn't in Blogger's spell checker? Is this some kind of weird Google joke?)

Update: The folks at Astraware, the makers of some of my favorite Palm OS games, such as Bookworm, and Bejeweled, celebrated Towel Day. Now I like them even more...  ¶ 2:56 PM
