RIP Arthur C. Clark
Arthur C. Clark has died at the age of 90 in Sri Lanka, where he had made his home for over 50 years. I remember reading 2001, and later seeing the movie, and being completely blown away by it.
According to Wired, he has written his own epitaph: " "I've often quoted it: 'He never grew up; but he never stopped growing.'" I think that's excellent.
